BREEDING RULES
PLEASE be sure to put "Breeding Request" or something similar in the
subject line of any email inquiring about breedings. Due to a recent
influx of large amounts of spam, I now delete all messages with "no
subject" in the subject line, especially if I do not recognize the email
addy.
Contact me at [email protected] for requests! :-)
***PLEASE NOTE****
This site is for Model horses, no horse on this page is real, and any real horses referenced here are for amusement only.
I reserve the right to refuse breedings from an individual with just cause.
Please read the following basic breeding and naming rules when hiring our horses.
Our mares do not have their first foals until 5 years of age, and our
stallions first foal crops are in their 4 year old year.
Please keep basic color genetics in mind, such as greys must have at least one grey parent, etc.
Fees are FREE, at this time we can accept breedings via email, but a SASE must be sent for extended pedigrees if you want them.
LIMIT OF 5 BREEDINGS PER PERSON, PER REQUEST. If you send more than 5, I will do only the first 5, and send the rest back. You are welcome to resend them, but please, only 5 at a time. I've had to institute this rule due to some people sending 20-30 requests at a time, and with limited hobby time, I just cannot do that many at once anymore.
Email breeding certificates will have 3 generations only. Extended Pedigrees available on request, and I do try to add more info on every modelbred horse on every certificate.
I reserve the right to ask for photo approval of any
Arabian foals that use "Ibn" or "Bint" in conjunction with one of our
horse's names.
With our TB’s, these are their show names. The Jockey Club does not allow prefixes added to registered names. However, as these are their known names, I would appreciate that the Foxfire be left as part of their name for pedigree purposes.
Our Arabian Stallions are allowed to sire partbred foals.
Our Appaloosas, Paints and QH's can be bred to stock ponies for POA's, Paint ponies and Quarter Ponies, and our draft horses are allowed to produce NASD and American Warmblood/Sporthorse foals.
